The summit uses the convention facilities for registration, plenary sessions and breakouts. Exact hall allocations are shared with confirmed delegates before the event.

From the airport
Indira Gandhi International Airport is roughly 14–16 km away. A taxi or app cab usually takes 30–60 minutes depending on traffic. The Airport Express to New Delhi station connects to the metro.
By rail
New Delhi (NDLS) and Hazrat Nizamuddin are the most convenient major stations. From either, take a taxi or the metro to Jor Bagh or JLN Stadium.

Paid parking is available on the India Habitat Centre campus. Space is limited during large events, so metro or a cab is the easier option.
Accessibility
The venue has step-free access to the main conference areas and accessible washrooms. If you need specific assistance, tell the registration team in advance and they will arrange support.
Food and dietary needs
Delegate passes include lunch and refreshments. Vegetarian options are standard. Tell the team about allergies or other dietary requirements when you register.
