Speakers

Voices from the field.

The programme brings together the people who set policy, deploy capital and build projects. Speaker announcements for IRES 2027 are published on this page as they are confirmed.

Confirmed speakers

On the stage.

The first speaker announcements are being finalised. The line-up is deliberately cross-sector: policy, developers, finance, technology and research.

Speaker names are published only after confirmation. To propose a speaker, use the speaker enquiry form.

Advisory Committee

Guiding the agenda.

Leaders from policy, industry, finance and research who help shape the programme.

  • Investors, DFI leaders and green-finance specialists

What we ask of speakers

Sessions are built to be useful, not promotional. Speakers are asked for a clear point of view, evidence where possible, and enough time for questions. Slide decks are shared with delegates after the summit where the speaker agrees.

Propose a speaker

If you would like to speak, or would like to nominate someone, send a short note with the proposed topic, a bio and the sessions it fits. The programme team reviews proposals on a rolling basis.
