Student passes
Student registration requires a valid student ID at check-in. The student pass includes access to every session, lunch and the networking programme.
How registration works
- Submit the form. Share your name, organisation, role and contact details.
- Get confirmation. The team reviews the registration and sends payment instructions.
- Complete payment. Once payment is received, your seat is confirmed and you receive joining details.
Invoices and groups
Company registrations can be invoiced with GST. For groups of three or more, or for sponsored delegations, email marketing@indiasrenewableenergysummit.com with the names and organisations.

How do I register for IRES 2027?

Is GST included in the fee?
No. Listed fees are per person and exclude 18% GST. A GST invoice can be issued for company registrations.
Can I register a group or my whole team?
Yes. For group registrations, write to the team with the number of delegates and the organisations involved so invoicing and badges can be arranged together.
Are refunds or transfers available?
Refund and transfer requests are handled case by case by the registration team. Contact the team as early as possible if your plans change.
